RRN 계정 삭제 요청

방법 1 — 앱에서 직접 삭제 (즉시 처리)

1단계 RRN 앱을 실행합니다.

2단계 화면 하단의 [프로필] 탭을 누릅니다.

3단계 [계정 삭제] 를 누릅니다.

4단계 안내를 확인하고 [삭제] 를 누르면 즉시 처리됩니다.

방법 2 — 앱 없이 이메일로 요청

앱을 이미 삭제하셨거나 로그인이 어려운 경우 아래로 요청해 주세요.

가입에 사용한 Google 계정 이메일 주소
앱에서 사용한 닉네임

처리 기간 요청 접수 후 7일 이내

삭제되는 데이터

계정 삭제 시 아래 항목이 모두 영구 삭제되며 복구할 수 없습니다.

기타	친구 목록, 알림 내역, 대결 기록, 기기 내 모든 캐시

보관되는 데이터

없습니다. 계정 삭제 시 모든 데이터가 즉시 삭제됩니다.
단, 관계 법령에 따라 보관 의무가 있는 항목이 있는 경우 해당 기간 동안만 보관 후 지체 없이 파기합니다.

Delete Your RRN Account (English)

Option 1 — In the app (immediate)

Open RRN → tap the [Profile] tab at the bottom → tap [Delete Account] → confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

Option 2 — By email (no app required)

Send an email to madmk8888@gmail.com
Subject: [RRN] Account Deletion Request
Include: the Google account email you signed up with, and your in-app nickname.
Processed within 7 days.

Data that will be deleted

Account information (email, nickname, profile photo, bio), workout records and route data, all ranking records, posts and comments, points, tickets, items (markers/borders), achievements, mailbox, friends list, notifications, battle records, and all locally cached data.

Data retained

None. All data is deleted immediately upon request. Where retention is required by law, such data is kept only for the legally required period and then destroyed.
